I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how pleased and excited we are with our pool. Your staff has gone above and beyond to help us with our "thousand and one" questions. Stephanie is extremely patient and wonderful. She explained every step of the process to us and also gave us great advice on our tile, grout and decking choices - we love her!!! Any time we would e-mail, call, etc. she always got back to us that day with an answer.

Chris and Justin are just as wonderful as well. They always answered all of my questions but the most important thing with those two - Their work is wonderful. They would come early in the morning and stay all day to get everything done. Both of them would always wave and were extremely polite (even though I know they were busy and trying to get things done!)

In a day where customer service has basically become non-existent - It was SO wonderful to have it back - especially in the pool business. Most people (like us) know nothing about pools - we just know we want one and after hearing some horror stories about different pool companies, you are a little bit nervous about the entire process. However, you and your staff are so down to earth and friendly we were put at ease very early in the process, the pool is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome.

We have told and will tell anyone we meet how wonderful Oasis Pools is!! Keep up the wonderful work and thank you for our beautiful pool - now if it would only warm up so we could actually use it!

As you know we are proud owners of an Oasis pool. Prior to moving to Austin we had a pool for over 20 years, built by another pool company. We had no problems and were very pleased with its construction and operation.
We secured bids from Oasis and the pool company that built our pool in Colleyville, Tn.
When the bids came in Oasis was the best in price, the information on construction was specific and the equipment was the best available. After studying both bids we selected Oasis.
A bid does not include a quality that is very important in signing a contract. That quality is the integrity of the company and its employees.

To Whom it May Concern:

We recently hired Oasis to build a pool in our back yard and we certainly made the right choice! We were happy with the experience from start to finish.

After thoroughly researching pool companies in Austin, Texas, we decided on Oasis for three main reasons: they gave us a reasonable estimate, they claimed to be able to put a pool in within 45 days, and the reviews we found on-line were positive. We are happy to add our positive evaluation.

Each and every one of the Oasis employees we dealt with was pleasant and hardworking. Our salesman, Jim Smith, made the planning process run smoothly. He always came to our house to save us trips to and from Round Rock, and he was honest and patient when we asked him pool questions, of which we had many. He also came by frequently once the pool was being built to check on the process and make sure we were satisfied with the results. The various workers who laid out, excavated, steeled, gunited, tiled, plastered and decked out the pool were always on time (if not early), unobtrusive, and never even seemed to take breaks. Stephanie and Bobbi always thoroughly answered our phone questions, and even the owner, Ed, got on the phone with us to give further explanations.

Oasis did indeed build us a beautiful pool. It cost what we expected it to from the initial estimate, it was complete in about a month, and we couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. We definitely recommend Oasis for anyone looking to build a pool.

Well, you built our pool back in January, 2007. As you are both aware, you started around New Year's Eve and you finished the pool by the end of the same month . . . actually ahead of estimated completion time. The only problem with the escalated schedule was trying to keep the kids out of the pool in freezing weather. I can only say positive things about your company, the service and the quality of your workmanship. This is the reason I am writing this letter . . . we have thoroughly enjoyed our pool.

We bought our pool with the anticipation that it would give our family a place to spend more quality time together . . . it has done that and more . . . it was the best investment we have ever made. I only say investment because we will be moving closer to Wimberley in the next month or so, and our real estate agent listed our house at a price well over the amount paid . . . as a direct result of the beautification of our back yard.

The only complaint we have with your company is that the picture of our pool has not made it to your web-site. Our pool is much prettier than any of the pools that you have listed on your website. Since you will be designing and building our next pool in Wimberley, I expect that our new pool, as well as our first pool, will be shown in the coming months.

When we bought our home, we had seven estimates to build a pool. Oasis was the obvious choice. The first time they stepped on our property, they put together a comprehensive plan and gave us a computer generated image of exactly what our pool would look like. We knew what we wanted, and they helped us with our questions on design, tile, equipment, sundeck options and filters. You'll hear horror stories about other pool companies and how long it takes to get done. Oasis told us our pool would be completed in 45 days. We filled it with water shortly after 30 days. We learned it's vital to choose a pool company with its own equipment. There were not subcontractors coming to our house and working. Every piece of equipment had that "Oasis Pools" logo. That was very reassuring to us because we dealt with the same people who were all committed to the same job.

For example, I got a call at work one day from the project manager. He said he wanted my opinion about the sundeck around the pool. A tree in our back yard would be close to the sundeck, and he thought a "half-moon" flower bed would protect the sundeck from the tree's future roots . . . And would be an aesthetic/custom addition to the sundeck. Most companies would've simply laid the concrete and let the homeowner deal with the tree's roots coming up and cracking the deck years later. The "half-moon" flower bed around the tree was probably a hassle for the crew, but they stopped . . . called me . . . got my opinion and did the custom work without complaint and/or extra charge. It's just one example of their quality of work.

Our pool looks great. And when it was complete, the project manager came back the next day to "walk-us-through" the pump, filter and equipment. Their customer service is unmatched. Finally, when they left, the crew spent about two hours covering the tracks in the yard from the dump trucks. And believe it or not, they actually took some of the sand they dug up and spread it evenly across my yard so when I had to lay down some sod, the groundwork was already complete.

We recommend everyone we know who's considering a pool to go with Oasis. You will not find a better company . . . or better customer service anywhere.

We want to express our gratitude and satisfaction with our first pool building experience. As you can imagine, as 'first-time' pool owners we had heard all the horror stories surrounding pool construction. As such, we were very apprehensive over the entire process.

Our fears were definitely unfounded, in working with the Oasis Pool team. Our experience from the first contact with your Sales professional to the final check-off of the completed pool was outstanding. Jim Smith (Sales) was excellent, responsive, and a joy to work with. Chris and the on-site construction teams were punctual, professional, and thorough. Stephanie in the office was responsive and very helpful and Ed, as the owner and senior member of the team, was accessible, responsive, knowledgeable, and very professional. We were very happy with our entire experience.

The workmanship on all stages of the pool was superior. We are especially pleased with the stone work.

The team broke ground on Monday, May 5, 2008 and we were swimming on Friday, June 6, 2008 -- the pool was completed "start to finish" in 32 days. Wow!

My kids have enjoyed an extremely "HOT" summer swimming in a wonderful pool!
